The collection contains five photographs from the 1920s of Caddo Lake General Store, J. C. Crain Grocery & Market, and Johnson Brothers Ranch. Postcard of T & P Hospital in Marshall, Texas. Nacogdoches, Texas Fredonia Hotel, postcard, newspaper clipping and advertisement.

This collection consists of 79 ledger books documenting store business. There are 34 account books (1912-1949), 22 day books (1915-1942), 9 cash books (1916-1951), 6 commercial accounts books (1931-1947), 3 order books (1929-1940), 3 check receipts books (1933-1944), a cotton purchasing account book (1928-1931), and a daily record of cash receipts book (1929, 1940).

This collection consists of 33 ledger books, a poetry scrapbook, and a Beaumont High School yearbook, "Spindletop" (1925). The ledger books include daybooks, general ledgers, and farm account books pertaining to the clientele and operations of the general merchandise and grocery store.
